Wood River Maintenance remodels kitchens, bathrooms, basements and whole homes throughout the Wood River Valley. Our background is restoration, which means we spend most of our time inside the walls of valley houses finding out how they were built and where they fail. That turns out to be useful knowledge when you are opening one up on purpose.
We see the inside of these houses under the worst conditions — wet, burned, opened up. We know which era of valley construction hid which shortcut, where the plumbing runs in a 1970s condo, which exterior walls have no insulation worth the name, and what a crawl space in this valley does every spring.
On a remodel that shows up as fewer surprises. The things that stop a project and blow a budget are almost always things nobody looked for before demolition, and we have been looking at them for years.
A lot of valley remodeling happens in houses that are only occupied part of the year, and the real constraint is the calendar rather than the scope. The work has to be finished and clean before the owners or their guests arrive.
We plan around that. Tell us the date the house has to be usable and we build the schedule backward from it, with progress photographs so you can see where it stands from wherever you are.

Although there were some bumps in the road ( delay of shipment of materials, which was beyond his control) Hayden was a very good communicator throughout my repairs as was he true to his word. Yes. Financing is available on request. If the timing of the cost is the obstacle rather than the work itself, say so when we scope the project and we will go through the options and current terms with you before you commit to anything.
